In 1975,Chrysalisbought Wessex Studios andGeorge Martin'sAIR Studios; Martin became a director of the company. In 2003, Neptune Group bought the building and later converted it into aresidential developmentknown as "The Recording Studio", comprising eightapartmentsand atownhouse."
